After you have filled out the enquiry form, we will send through our package guide to your email. Once you have selected your desired package, we require a 30% deposit to lock in your date, as well as a contract for you to sign. The remaining 70% will be due 1 month prior to your wedding.

We completely understand how exciting it is to receive your film and photos to relive your day all over again! That’s why we guarantee you will have your film and photos within 3 weeks of your big day. We only take on a certain amount of Weddings a year, making sure that each couple gets only our absolute best.

We are based on the Gold Coast, QLD. However we are more than happy to travel, for an additional travel fee.

Yes please! For our packages 6 hours and above, we will require sustenance to keep those creative juices flowing. Your venue should have ‘vendor meals’, you will be able to enquire about this with your wedding coordinator.

No RAW footage will be sent with your final video or photos. We ask that you put your trust in us to choose the best shots from your day, and edit them in our Russell Weddings style.
